Ingredients:



– 1 cup cottage cheese (preferably low-fat or full-fat)

– 4 large eggs

– 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

– 1/2 cup diced vegetables (like bell peppers, spinach, or tomatoes)

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

– Fresh herbs for garnish (like chives or parsley, optional)


Instructions:


1. Preheat the Oven:

– Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


2. Prepare the Baking Dish:

– Grease a baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with a little oil or cooking spray.


3. Mix Ingredients:

– In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Mix everything together until well combined.


4. Pour into Baking Dish:

– Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.


5. Bake:

– Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.


6. Cool and Serve:

– Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
