Nutella Fudge: Creamy, Irresistible Delight

Here’s a recipe for Nutella Fudge:

Ingredients

  1. 1 can (14.4 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  2. 1 cup (200g) Nutella
  3. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 12 ounces (340g) white chocolate chips
  6. 1 tablespoon (15g) unsalted butter
  7. Optional: chopped hazelnuts or sea salt for garnish

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch (20cm) square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, Nutella, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth and warm.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the butter until combined.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Cut into small squares and garnish with chopped hazelnuts or sea salt, if desired.

Tips

  1. Use high-quality Nutella for the best flavor.
  2. Don’t overheat the mixture, as it can cause the fudge to become grainy.
  3. If using hazelnuts, toast them in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes to enhance the flavor.
  4. Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
